2013年香港赛马二级赛精英碗（让赛）PREMIER BOWL (HANDICAP) (HKG2)将于10月27日举行。本届赛事赛马路程1200米，总奖金350万美元。

马场Racecourse：沙田－草地Sha Tin – Turf

参赛资格Qualification：评分 95 分及以上马匹Horses rated 95 and above

报名费Entry Fee：$10,500

奖金Prize Money：

总奖金 Total：$3,500,000

第一名 Winner：$1,995,000

第二名 2nd：$770,000

第三名 3rd：$402,500

第四名 4th ：$210,000

第五名 5th：$122,500

配磅Weights：最高配磅可为 133 磅，自由身骑师及见习骑师将不获减磅。The maximum allocated weight will be 133 lb. No freelance or apprentice jockey allowance may be claimed.

优先出赛资格Priority to start：

于报名时，评分较高之马匹，将可获优先出赛资格。遇有马匹评分相同，则于季内上次出赛时胜出的马匹可获优先出赛资格，其次是于季内上次出赛时获得第二、第三或第四名的马匹（以名次较高者为优先），而有关赛事距今仗不超过四十五天者。如果仍然未能分辨优先出赛次序，则以抽签方式决定。

Priority to start will be given to horses with a higher rating at time of Entry. For horses of equal rating, priority will be given to horses which have won in their last start in the current season, and then to horses that have been placed 2nd, 3rd or 4th in their last start in the current season in that order and within 45 days of this race. Balloting will take place if necessary.
