减磅Allowances

于二○一二年十一月十八日或以后未曾胜出国际一级赛或香港一级赛(不包括只限四岁马之赛事)之香

港受训马匹减5 磅。自由身骑师及见习骑师将不获减磅。

Hong Kong-trained horses which have not wona Group 1 race or a Hong Kong Group 1 race (except those confined to 4yo)

on or after 18 November 2012 - 5lb. No freelanceor apprentice jockey allowance may be claimed.

甄选：

1. 此赛事只限十四匹马出赛。Thisraceis limited to 14 starters.

2. 由赛马事务执行总监及评磅及赛事策划部主管组成的甄选小组，将会向获选参赛马匹发出邀请。甄选小组可全权酌情决定此赛事的获选马匹名单，其决定将为最终的决定。

Invitation will be extended by aSelectionPanel comprising the Executive Director, Racing and the Head ofHandicappingand Race Planning. The panel has the sole authority and discretionindetermining the line-up of the

race, and the decision of theselectionpanel shall be final.

3. 在获选马匹名单正式公布后，获选马匹不得改跑其他赛事。The option to transfer to another race is not available aftertheselections are officially announced.
