The “2016 Beijing Equine
Industry Forum,” promoted by
the Beijing Turf and Equestrian industry elite, the CHC contributed
Association(BTEA), welcomed
industry leaders and organisations to
present their thoughts and success
stories. Forum representatives weighed
in on ideas and solutions in dialogues
pertaining to the development of
China’s equine industry. Working with
media professionals from the equine
industry and research bodies, the forum

In his keynote speech, Eden Harrington
of the CHC highlighted the club’s
unwavering efforts in recent years, in
promoting the “China Dream”, and
iterated the important role that China’s
economy and awareness play in reinforcing

the people’s involvement in the sport. In
the future, China’s influence in the horse
industry is expected to grow exponentially,
so CHC too will endeavor to build up
a sports entertainment industry that is
unprecedented and one that promises to
draw large numbers of spectators.
The forum also provided expert opinions
by industry leaders from France, Germany,
and Hong Kong, who explored all aspects
of the horse industry development both in
and out of Mainland China.
