Caribbean Cup was won by local hero
Qin Yong aboard Sturt. Qin Yong was
the first Chinese jockey to ride a winner
in Barbados’ 171-year race history, and
amidst an international cast of jockeys,
Chinese jockey Qin Yong was one of the
winners in the four-race program, once
again demonstrating that Chinese riders
have reached an international level of
excellence.
