and its achievements. During the event, the China Horse
12 Club (CHC) was honoured with the ‘2017 China Equine
Welfare Award’ and the ‘2017 China Stud Book Award’.

world’s highest profile races, thereby facilitating greater
exchanges between the Chinese and the international
horse industries, and creating favourable conditions for
the commercial breeding of thoroughbred horses. These
Chinese racehorses are given passports issued by the
China Stud Book Committee, which is the only legal
thoroughbred registration organisation in China approved
by the International Stud Book Committee. With the
development of the Ordos breeding project, more Chinese-
registered thoroughbreds are set to put China’s racing
industry on the world stage.

CHC was the only racing club in the country to be presented
with the ‘China Equine Welfare Award’ in recognition of
the club’s stable management and horse welfare operation.

中国马业协会年度总结与表彰盛会——“中国马会·北京时间”
于2018年初在北京举行。CHC杰士马主俱乐部在这次大会中荣
膺 两大 重要 奖 项：“ 2 017中国马匹 福 利奖”和“ 2 017中国 纯 血
马登记奖”。

值得一提的是，这也是CHC连续 第二年获“中国纯 血马登记
奖”。C H C近 年一直都 在 为中国马匹 参 加 国 际 纯 血马 赛 事、进
行国际马匹交流以及纯血马繁育与买卖创造有利条件，而作为
纯 血马登 记（即血 统 登 记）的 证明，由中国 纯 血马登 记管 理 委
员会 主管 颁 发的 纯 血马护照 便 是中国 纯 血马的官方“名片”。
随着鄂尔多斯育马产业的持续深入，人们也有望看到更多产自
中国、持有中国护照的马匹走向世界，为中国赛马增加影响力
与荣耀。

CHC当晚收获的另一个奖项则是“中国马匹福利奖”，作为国内
唯一获得这一重要奖项的赛马俱乐部，俱乐部长期以马匹福利
为重的马房管理原则也收获了中国马会对工作的认可。
