New Zealander Quinton Cassidy is perhaps
one of the pioneers in the CHC in China,
having resided there since 2013. Operating
and managing a stable is not an easy job. By 4.45
a.m. daily, Quinton would arrive at the stable to
commence the day’s work.

来自新西兰的昆汀·卡西迪可说是CHC杰士马主俱乐
部中国区马房的开山鼻祖。自2013年就已经长驻中
国。经营及管理马房事务绝对不轻松，每天早上4时
45分，昆汀就已经抵达马房开始一天的工作。

Rain or shine, Quinton supervises the
horses during their daily morning runs.
A stable of five to six horses run for
20 minutes, in six different rotations.
Quinton is required to closely observe and record
every horse’s running form. Workout regime will
differ as each horse has different needs.

每天，昆汀会监督马匹的晨跑，一年365天风雨无

阻。每天他需要监督六轮的晨跑，每一轮有五至六匹

马一块进行20分钟的训练。他需要聚精会神关注每一

匹马的晨跑状况，并进行记录，因为每一匹马的习性
