上海新沪商联合会于上海召开了第三届二次会员代
表大会暨第二届财智论坛，作为新沪商联合会轮值
主席，CHC杰士马主俱乐部主席张祖德也受邀作
为贵宾出席，由于在马产业链道路上开创具有中国
特色的新型升级之路和对新沪商联合会的无私付
出，他还获得大会颁发特殊贡献奖。
