At the invitation of the Fudan University School In response to “The Belt and Road” initiative proposed by
of Management, CHC Chairman Teo Ah Khing China’s President Xi Jin Ping, the broad horse breeding
delivered a speech entitled “Taking the lead: New industry encompasses the five sectors related to the green
opportunities and value innovation in the Chinese horse economy, employment, export, tourism, and entertainment,
industry”. The talk was attended by approximately 100 and aims to establish China as the heart of a world-class
students and alumni of the university. Using humor and an horse industry. Teo shared with the audience that his goal

The School of Management, located in Shanghai, is one
of the schools of Fudan University, and it is also one of
the most prestigious business schools in the country. This
talk followed Teo’s participation as a speaker at the World
Tourism Forum in Lucerne, Switzerland, demonstrating
his unrelenting efforts at promoting the horse industry and
tourism industry in China.
